We contacted WFM for assistance with our floor and Urge was very helpful in providing a comprehensive quote and carried out the whole job from start to finish. It was a very complicated install and Urge was very experience the whole way through. We’re very happy with the outcome and the floor looks amazing. Thank you Urge and the WFM team

Patrick and the team were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in installing our timber floor. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and ensured everything was perfect.

The quality of the timber is outstanding and exactly we we envisioned when i stepped foot into the Hawthorn Showroom.

The installation was completed on time, on budget and we have no doubt we will be using these guys on all of our projects moving forward

Five stars aren’t enough!
We looked at 7 different timber flooring suppliers & installers and are so happy we chose Patrick and Urge at Wooden Floors Melbourne - they were by far the best choice we could have made. We’re almost at the end of a major renovation and every trade - from our joiner to the plasterers to our builder - has commented on the quality of Patrick’s work and the attention to detail he paid when installing our floor. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.. An only positive experience - we couldn’t recommend Wooden Floors Melbourne more highly.

My colleague recommended WFM while we were still deciding on a flooring provider and I'm so glad they did. Both Patrick and Urge were super professional and the floors look amazing. Patrick was doing the installation of the flooring and he was incredibly punctual, tidy and polite. 10/10 will be using them again

Patrick did an amazing job on my Fathers apartment. Did the job in a timely manner and went the extra mile to level out sub floor etc. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking to get hardwood floors and will have him do my place when I’m ready.

We have been blown away by how beautiful our new floors look! Patrick was so easy to deal with and has such deep knowledge about his craft. The floor of the whole house (including staircase) was completed on schedule and it feels like we’ve moved into a new home.

The guys at WFM do a brilliant job consulting, providing, and installing our engineered oak floors!! We've used them a number of times for both commercial/retail and our own reno projects, and their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail is only surpassed by their professionalism and customer care!
No matter how challenging the job, (and we've had a couple difficult floor preps and installs), from the initial consult to precision parquetry, there's never a hiccup and the results are always spectacular. Thank you WFM, you're awesome!!
